Near the center of this photo you can barely see the Green River at about 4000 feet above sea level. The photo was taken from the Green River overlook at about 6000 feet.

I've wanted to go back, ever since my first visit. Although I could probably pick someplace new to go, I've been wanting to get back to Canyonlands for more of those incredible views and more photos. Well that's what I did yesterday.
