This is Crystal Bowl at Kicking Horse Resort, British Columbia, as seen from the top of the Stairway to Heaven chairlift. Kicking Horse consists of more than 2700 acres of ski terrain rising more than 4100 vertical feet. It was expanded from the smaller Whitetooth Ski Area and renamed in year 2000.
