| Zion National Park hosts more than 2.5 million visitors per year. Private vehicles are no longer allowed in Zion Canyon, but are still allowed access to the eastern side of the park above the canyon and can travel through the park from the south entrance to the east entrance or vice versa; bypassing Zion Canyon.
