Near the north end of the Gore Range, above the Piney River, I climbed to this spot at 12,050 feet from the Piney Lake/Soda Lakes Trail. Notable landmarks that can be seen from here are Meridian Peak, Bald Mountain, Vail Mountain, and Mount of The Holy Cross.
