| Lonesome Lake, at about 11,600 feet, can be seen in this panorama captured on the 11,800 foot pass between Mill Creek drainage and East Fork Homestake Creek valley. The pass is on the Continental Divide and the Pitkin / Lake County Line. Lonesome Lake Trail begins in Eagle County; crosses into Pitkin County and reaches Lake County here at the top of the ridge, all in about five miles.
