This is the upper of the two West Tennessee Lakes at about 11,840 feet. As high alpine lakes go, it's a pretty big one. The hike was only about two and a half hours including a stop for lunch. Being a relatively short trail with a nice destination, I was surprised it wasn't more popular. I saw only seven other people all day. Click here to view a 360° panorama from here.
