Looking east, this shot from just above Eccles Pass shows the valley of South Willow Creek. Two options exist to get here that way. Trails beginning in Silverthorne at the Mesa Cortina and Buffalo Cabin trailheads connect with Gore Range Trail which climbs South Willow Creek drainage. Buffalo Mountain is on the right. The shoulder of Red Peak is on the left.
