Gore Creek flows out of the Gore Range and through Vail, Colorado. Gore Creek Trail, climbing into the wilderness, is a stone's throw away from the creek for several miles. The trailhead is near the end of Bighorn Road about two miles east of Exit 180 off of I-70. About 40 minutes from the trailhead is this cascade, a very popular destination for hikers. Beyond the cascade there will be fewer people on the trail.
