Mount Elbert is the highest point in Colorado at 14,433 feet. This is the view southwest from the summit. The shaded mountain below center is 13,761 foot Bull Hill. There's a longer (Echo Canyon) route to Mount Elbert which starts west of Twin Lakes and skirts around the summit of Bull Hill. La Plata Peak is seen here again at left.
