Forest road 189 out of Bakerville leads to the Gray's Peak trailhead. Before you get there, at the junction of Stevens Gulch and Grizzly Gulch there's an easier trail that heads southwest toward the base of Grizzly Peak and Torreys Peak. The trail into Grizzly Gulch is about three miles long. It's actually not a trail but a crude four wheel drive road. I recommend hiking it rather than driving it. This photo is of Torreys Peak.
