Taken from the summit, the sunny ridge in the center is Ellingwood Ridge, named after Albert Ellingwood, the first climber to scale its length (the difficult route to the summit) in 1921. Behind the ridge, upper right center is Mount Elbert, the highest point in Colorado at 14,433 feet.
