Reaching the summit just before 10:00 I pulled out my tripod to shoot a 360 degree panorama photo (view it here) and departed for Atlantic Peak within 10 minutes. I wanted to get to Atlantic well before noon and I was already an hour behind schedule. Quandary Peak is shown at upper left. Mount Lincoln is at upper right. The lake is Pacific Tarn, the highest named lake in the United States, at 13,420 feet. |  |
