| Piney River Valley east of Piney Lake is a very scenic place. Hikers on the Upper Piney River Trail can enjoy it for over a mile, with Piney Lake at one end and Mount Powell, Peak C and Ripsaw Ridge of the Gore Range at the other end; in the Eagles Nest Wilderness. |
