Ute Peak, in the Williams Fork Mountains on the Summit/Grand County Line, is 12,303 feet high. To get there, hike the Ute Peak Trail starting at the top of Ute Pass north of Silverthorne, Colorado. It took me about four hours to get there (one way) but I'm a pretty slow hiker.
