Unlike the ridge terrain at Taos, it takes only a short two minute hike to reach this run, Hunziker Bowl. The short uphill hike intimidates many skiers (one normally skis to go downhill) so we found some of the freshest snow on the mountain here each day. Worth the two minutes!
