| This panorama was shot just inside the boundary of Holy Cross Wilderness about two miles up the East Lake Creek Trail. The trailhead is on West Lake Creek Drive about six miles south of Edwards, Colorado. A spectacular color show can be seen along East Lake Creek Trail at the peak of autumn leaf color change in late September or early October. A short distance beyond this spot the trail crosses East Lake Creek and continues for more than 10 miles to where it ends at Upper Camp Lake. Click for More Panoramas. |
