| This panorama was captured in the Eagles Nest Wilderness along the Gore Creek Trail near East Vail, Colorado in mid November. After a good bit of autumn snowfall and cold weather it was definitely looking like winter. This is a popular route for snowshoers; so popular that the trail is usually packed down quickly so that you may not even need snowshoes.
