| Mount Royal towers above the town of Frisco, Colorado. It's the first mountain at the north end of the Tenmile Range. At 10,502 feet, it's about 1400 feet above Frisco. This nice overlook is about 1.5 miles up the steep but popular Mt. Royal hiking trail. The view features Buffalo Mountain, Dillon Reservoir, Frisco, Mt. Guyot, and of course, Interstate 70. |
