Looking southwest from Murphy Point you see Stillwater Canyon, formed by the Green River with The Maze District of the Park in the distance.

From many of the viewpoints in Island in the Sky you can see portions of the White Rim Road 1200 feet below but you rarely see vehicles on it. I guess it's a combination of the distance, poor eyesight and the few vehicles that actually use the road.
