Heading toward Highway 211 much of the east portion of Beef Basin Road offers views like this of lower Stevens Canyon surrounding North Cottonwood Creek. The trip from 211 to Bobby's Hole is roughly 43 miles and takes about two hours, each way. Only the last half mile before Bobby's Hole is very difficult but four wheel drive would be recommended for the entire length of the road. Like many of the dirt roads in the Canyonlands area, it will be impassable when wet.
