This ridge is called Devils Causeway. There is a hiking trail loop which begins and ends at Stillwater Reservoir if you're willing to traverse this spot. I don't know the guy in the picture who scampered across the dangerous ridge but his mom was behind me as I took the photo saying "that's my baby over there; I hope he makes it back." He wasn't doing the loop but hopped across the causeway just for fun. I was trying to decide if I could do it if I absolutely had to. Ron B. and I returned the way we came, thank you.
