This wide panorama shows the Vasquez Mountains and Vasquez Cirque to the west and Fraser Valley to the north. We walked to this point for the picture, on the wind-swept 12,000 foot summit ridge which hadn't held much snow. There was plenty of snow on the rest of the mountain for good skiing.
